1. Flexible flame retardant, compatible with TPU elastic properties
Aluminum hypophosphite achieves "flame retardant and non brittle" properties for TPU, which is prone to combustion and melt dripping
Gas phase flame retardant synergy: releases phosphate ester active ingredients at high temperatures, captures free radicals (such as H ·) generated by TPU combustion, interrupts the combustion chain reaction, and reduces the combustion rate (the combustion rate can be reduced from 150mm/min for pure TPU to below 50mm/min);
Lightweight carbon layer construction: forming a porous and fluffy carbonized layer, blocking heat and oxygen transfer while avoiding the hardening problem of TPU caused by traditional flame retardants (adding 10% aluminum hypophosphite to TPU increases Shore hardness by ≤ 5HA);
Smoke suppression and anti dripping: Reduce smoke release during combustion (smoke density level SDR ≤ 70), and fix the melt with a carbon layer to suppress the risk of dripping (reduce dripping frequency by 75%).

Dispersion optimization: After surface treatment with silane coupling agent, it is uniformly dispersed in TPU polyester/polyether polyol, and does not affect transparency during melt processing (transmittance ≥ 85%), suitable for blown film, casting and other processes;
