Product Introduction:

1. Chemical composition and principle: It is mainly composed of phosphorus based flame retardants, nitrogen based flame retardants, and metal hydroxides in synergy. Phosphorus based flame retardants decompose when heated to produce highly dehydrated substances such as phosphoric acid, which promotes surface dehydration and carbonization of materials, forming a carbon layer that isolates oxygen; Nitrogen based flame retardants undergo thermal decomposition to produce non combustible gases, diluting the concentration of combustible gases and inhibiting combustion reactions; Metal hydroxides absorb heat through dehydration, lower the material temperature, and have a flame retardant effect. Multiple components work together to greatly enhance the flame retardant effect.

2. Physical properties: It appears as a white fine powder with uniform and delicate particle size, with an average particle size of [X] μ m.
