Magnesium hydroxide MDH-III-10 is a super dispersed flame retardant developed based on the tenth generation of nano surface engineering technology. Its chemical formula is Mg (OH) ₂, and its appearance is spherical white nano powder (average particle size is 500nm). It constructs an industry-leading functional system through the triple technology of "core-shell encapsulation charge regulation interface matching":
-Extreme dispersion: Surface grafted hyperbranched polymer (HBP) with a dispersion index (DI) ≤ 0.15, achieving nanoscale uniform dispersion in both polar and non-polar matrices, solving the problem of traditional flame retardant aggregation.
-Efficient flame retardant: The decomposition temperature reaches 400 ℃, and the heat release and absorption increase by 40%. Adding 20% of a single component can achieve a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating (1.0mm thickness) and an oxygen index (OI) of ≥ 45%.
-Environmental tolerance: acid and alkaline pH 3-14, UV aging resistance (yellowing index ≤ 3 after 500h), suitable for harsh outdoor environments such as high humidity and high corrosion.

Application :
-Used for carbon fiber/epoxy resin (CFRP), adding 12-18% to meet NASA NHB 8060.1B flame retardant standard, with a combustion smoke toxicity level (SDR) ≤ 10, suitable for aircraft cabin walls and missile shells.
-Compatible with polyimide (PI) high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant coating, capable of withstanding instantaneous high temperature impact at 1500 ℃, used as insulation layer for aircraft engines.
-As a ceramic polymer composite electrolyte flame retardant filler, adding 15% can increase the triggering temperature of thermal runaway by 80 ℃, suppress the risk of short circuit inside the battery, and comply with the IEC 63056 safety standard.
-Used in servo motor nylon gears, the flame retardant level reaches V-0 level, and the friction coefficient is reduced by 12%, improving the durability of precision machinery.
-Used as polyethylene (PE) material for deep-sea pipelines, with 25-30% resistance to salt spray corrosion (no powdering on the surface after 1000 hours), and flame retardant performance up to IMO FTPC Part 1 standard.
